Ryu travels the world searching for powerful fighters while mysterious criminal mastermind M. Bison searches for him and other skilled martial artists. Bison targets Ryu and manipulates his best friend and rival, Ken Masters, using brainwashing technology.
Meanwhile, Chun-Li and Guile investigate Bison’s Shadowlaw organization. As the conflict grows, Ryu and Ken eventually face Bison in a final battle. Together, they resist his power and defeat him, ending Shadowlaw’s immediate threat.
The movie ends with Ryu continuing his journey to become a stronger martial artist.
